• Paramedic certification status

Shift & Balance Data

• Shift entries (dates, hours worked, pay types, leave used)
• Leave balance information (vacation, sick time, banked hours, etc.)
• Pay discrepancy records

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the Service (calculate pay, track shifts, manage balances)
• Authenticate your account
• Send essential account-related communications
• Improve the Service and fix bugs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data
• Authentication: Supabase Auth with encrypted password storage
• Hosting: Vercel with HTTPS encryption in transit
• Error Tracking: Sentry for monitoring application errors (no personal data is intentionally logged)

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Profile settings, which will permanently delete all your data from our systems.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data associated with your account through the app
• Correction: Update or correct your information at any time
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
• Data Reset: Reset your shift and balance data while keeping your account

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party providers:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — Hosting (Privacy Policy)
• Sentry — Error monitoring (Privacy Policy)

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
