  • Storing your historical pay period data

  • Providing balance tracking and alerts

  • Improving the accuracy of our calculations

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Google Sheets Storage: All your data is stored in a private Google Sheet that only you and the application can access.

  • No Data Sharing: We never share, sell, or distribute your personal or payroll information to third parties.

  • Access Control: Only you can access your payroll data through your Google account authentication.

4. Data Retention

Your payroll data is retained in your personal Google Sheet indefinitely, giving you complete control over your historical records. You can delete your data at any time by deleting your associated Google Sheet.

5. Data Support Access

To provide technical support and fix calculation issues, the developer account is automatically added as a viewer to your personal Google Sheet. This allows us to:

  • Diagnose calculation problems when you report an issue

  • Verify data integrity if something seems wrong

  • Provide faster support without requiring you to share screenshots

Your data remains private - we only access it when you request help, and never share it with anyone.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all your stored payroll data

  • Delete your account and all associated data

  • Export your data from your Google Sheet

  • Revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time

7. Third-Party Services

This application uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets services. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
