THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Pay calculations, FLSA overtime estimates, leave balance tracking, and all other calculations are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. These calculations:

Are estimates and may not match official payroll
Should not be relied upon for financial decisions
Do not constitute official pay statements
May contain errors or inaccuracies

Always verify pay information with your official pay stubs and payroll department. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any fire department, city, or government entity.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firefighter Pay Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any errors or inaccuracies in calculations
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any other matter relating to the Service

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
